Product Manager - HRTech

Role Overview:
As a Product Manager at HireNudge, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of core platform features, translating complex user needs into intuitive, high-impact product solutions. You will operate at the center of the organization, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ship features that solve real-world hiring bottlenecks. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of recruitment teams and the quality of candidate experiences, playing a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap and driving sustainable growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap by prioritizing features based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives to ensure maximum ROI.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for engineering and design teams to execute.
- Analyze user behavior and platform metrics to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization within the recruitment workflow.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align product releases with go-to-market strategies and customer success initiatives.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring that technical debt and new feature requests are balanced to maintain a high-performing, scalable platform.
- Conduct competitive analysis to keep the product ahead of industry standards and ensure HireNudge remains a preferred choice for talent acquisition teams.
Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage the full product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and wireframing to launch and post-release iteration.
- Strong analytical proficiency in using data tools to derive actionable insights and inform evidence-based product decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, agile environment, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, ideally complemented by an MBA from a premier institute.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup from our Bangalore office, fostering collaboration across distributed teams.
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in product management, preferably within the B2B SaaS or HR-tech domain.
