About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Oracle HCM to join our dynamic team remotely. The ideal candidate will serve as a functional expert in Oracle HCM Core and related modules, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR process designs, system configurations, and data integrity. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR systems, business processes, and technical troubleshooting, capable of translating complex business needs into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in requirement gathering, process mapping, and functional design for Oracle HCM modules, including Core, Time and Labor, and Compensation & Benefits. The candidate will also manage the entire change lifecycle, from requirements and specifications to testing, release management, and end-user enablement. Collaboration with HR process owners, technical teams, data specialists, and external vendors will be essential to ensure seamless integration and system optimization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence global HR systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM modules, especially in a functional capacity. A strong understanding of HR processes, system configuration, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is essential. Candidates should have proven expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and functional design, along with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. A background in managing change management processes and experience with incident resolution and system optimization will be highly valued. A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred, along with relevant Oracle HCM certifications.
Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions, process mapping, and design for Oracle HCM modules, primarily focusing on Core, Time and Labor, and Compensation & Benefits.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria to guide development and testing teams.
• Manage the entire change management lifecycle, including requirements documentation, functional testing, deployment, and user training.
• Provide expert support for incident resolution, problem management, and ongoing system optimization to ensure high system availability and performance.
