Job Description

Our client is an Agritech brand hiring an HRBP Lead - a strategic partner to business leaders, driving high- performing teams, organizational effectiveness, and people strategies that fuel growth. This role combines advisory to leadership with ownership of employee experience and robust HR processes across the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering: Align people strategy with business goals; advise on org design, workforce planning, succession, and talent strategy; deliver data driven insights on productivity, attrition, and engagement.
- Talent & Workforce Planning: Lead manpower planning, partner with TA for critical hires, build succession pipelines, and support career progression frameworks.
- Performance & Effectiveness:

Drive performance management cycles, coach leaders on feedback and development, and implement initiatives to improve accountability and productivity.
- Engagement & Culture: Lead engagement programs, analyze feedback, champion values, and manage change during transformations.
- Employee Relations: Act as primary HR partner for ER matters, coach managers on sensitive issues, and ensure consistent policy application.
- Capability Building: Identify skill gaps, partner on L&D interventions, and drive leadership and manager development.

- Strong business acumen, stakeholder influence, and organizational development expertise.
- Analytical, data driven decision making with problem solving orientation.
- Excellent coaching, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
- High ownership, execution excellence, and strategic thinking.
Experience & Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to HRBP roles in startup/high growth sectors (retail, FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, tech).
- Proven track record in org change, performance management, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR analytics, HRMS platforms, and AI enabled HR solutions preferred.
