Designation: Regional Sales Head [Interior Industry]
As the Regional Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 sales
professionals to generate leads and close deals within the designated region. Your primary

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the building materials,
construction, real estate, or related industries.
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing a sales team and achieving sales
targets.
Strong network of contacts within the construction and real estate industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive
business growth.
