Role Description

This full-time, on-site Customer Success Manager role is based in Noida. The Customer Success Manager will oversee customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing customer needs. The role involves developing retention strategies, building strong client relationships, analyzing customer feedback, and enhancing service delivery. The individual will also play a proactive role in resolving issues, fostering loyalty, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
