:As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth. You will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting cold calls, and scheduling meetings with potential clients. Your excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to engage with prospects will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and other innovative methods.
- Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce our products/services, and qualify prospects.
- Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospects for further discussions or demos.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up communication with prospects and clients to ensure the sales pipeline remains active.
- CRM Management: Update and manage leads, calls, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to lead generation and meeting scheduling.

- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment scheduling, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
