Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and other online platforms, and conduct in-depth evaluations via resume reviews and phone screenings.
• Client Management: Handle 35 clients simultaneously, comprehensively understanding their specific requirements and career objectives to align recruitment and research efforts effectively.
• Company & Decision-Maker Research: Conduct detailed research on 4050 companies weekly, identifying key decision-makers (e.g., CXOs, VPs, Directors) using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, SalesQL, and AI technologies such as ChatGPT and Perplexity.
• Data Management & Quality Control: Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations, contact information of decision-makers, and other relevant data in the database, ensuring high precision and relevance to meet client expectations.
