Investment Banker - Technology & Growth Capital

Role Overview :
As an Investment Banker focusing on Technology and Growth Capital, you will lead complex deal execution processes and serve as a primary advisor to client navigating capital raises and strategic exits.

You will work closely with senior leadership, institutional investors, and private equity firms to structure transactions that align with the growth trajectories of technology-driven businesses. This role is pivotal in shaping the financial architecture of our clients, requiring a balance of technical precision in valuation and the ability to articulate compelling investment narratives to a sophisticated stakeholder base.
Key Responsibilities :

- Seeking an accomplished Investment Banker to lead fundraising, strategic partnerships, PE/VC engagement, M&A transactions, and capital market initiatives for a high-growth technology venture with leading global technology ecosystem partnerships.
- Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses to support deal structuring and pricing strategies for technology client.
- Manage relationships with venture capital and private equity firms to facilitate capital raising initiatives and identify potential strategic partners.
- Draft high-impact pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations to effectively communicate investment theses to potential investors.
- Conduct rigorous due diligence and market research to identify sector trends, competitive landscapes, and potential risks for client portfolios.
- Mentor junior team members by providing technical guidance on financial modeling and market analysis to ensure high-quality output across all engagements.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and structured finance, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of the technology sector, including SaaS, fintech, and emerging digital platforms, and how these models interact with capital markets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with founders, C-suite executives, and institutional investors.
- Strong proficiency in managing complex project timelines and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance culture, maintaining attention to detail while managing multiple high-stakes transactions simultaneously.
- A postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier institute is preferred.
- Candidates must possess 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in investment banking or corporate finance and be prepared to work from our Bangalore office.
