Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to potential customers through calls to generate leads.

2. Engage with prospects professionally and persuasively to understand their requirements.

3. Provide accurate information about products or services and address any queries customers may have.

4. Maintain a database of leads and follow up on potential opportunities.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

4. Basic knowledge of lead generation techniques and customer relationship management.
