Job description

Managed Services SAP Solution Lead Minimum 15+ years of working as an SAP Delivery experience . Minimum 7+ years of account management experience . Minimum 5+ years of experience mana Manage a portfolio of SAP, Cloud Infra AMS build & run engagements . Manage Delivery from Onsite & offshore SAP AMS team . Manage escalations & customer communications . Support pre-sales team in RFP process, solutioning, estimations and skills identification . Drive innovations in improving the outcomes from AMS services . Conduct governance meetings with client & present metrics . Support client in new initiatives/projects/proposals .
