Hiring For PCB Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design and development of PCB layouts using Cadence Allegro.
• Work on multi-layer , complex PCB designs, including digital, analog, and RF circuits.
• Perform thorough design rule checks (DRC).
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to refine schematics, layout specifications, and design constraints.
• Develop component placement, routing strategies, and optimization to meet both performance and manufacturability goals.
• Generate and maintain all necessary design documentation including Gerber files, BoM, and assembly instructions.
  
• Validate design via prototype testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide design revisions as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Cadence Allegro PCB Design tools.
• Experience with multi-layer PCB designs, complex routing, and stack-up optimization. Proficient in schematic capture, PCB layout, and the creation of manufacturing files (Gerber, BoM, etc.).
• Solid understanding of fabrication processes, assembly processes, and component selection.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
