Chief Business Development Officer

HLB HAMT is looking for a Chief Business Development Officer to lead our strategic growth agenda and expand our presence across the UAE and international markets.

This is a leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a proven track record of winning high-value clients, building executive relationships, and driving sustainable business growth within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across Audit, Tax, Advisory, Accounting, HR, Risk, and IT Consulting services.
• 
  Acquire and manage relationships with multinational corporations, family offices, and government entities.
• Build and nurture C-suite relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, Tax Directors, and key decision-makers.
• Lead complex proposals, cross-service engagements, and strategic account planning.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
• Collaborate with Partners and leadership to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

What We're Looking For

• 8–10 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Growth, or Client Acquisition.
• Proven success in selling professional services within an Audit, Tax, Advisory, Consulting, Legal, or Financial Services firm is preferred.
• Strong network among multinational companies, family offices, and government organizations.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially focused with experience managing high-value sales pipelines and strategic accounts.
