Program Manager - Biomedical & Operation

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Manager- Biomedical & Operation in CSR division. In this role, he/she will support to procurement and CSR division for fulfilling the needs of project towards procuring any products and further operations. He / She will be responsible for biomedical operations, ensuring quality, compliance and efficiency in healthcare projects settings. He/ She will also be responsible for project operation as per guidance of senior team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Bio Medical Section: Manage biomedical equipment maintenance, calibration, and repair , Ensure regulatory compliance, Optimize equipment utilization and minimize downtime , Collaborate with clinical teams for equipment needs, Implement safety and quality protocols. Acquires or builds the tools necessary to design AMC and maintain biomedical equipment’s

Procurement Management: Support procurement team in process for purchasing of biomedical equipment, products etc. Prepare the records of all bio medical equipment’s including their technical specification / maintenance / AMU contract etc . Supports and resolves issues with project teams.

Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, Manage cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of program results. Provide guidance team for Installation, maintain and repair biomedical equipment. Provide training to concerned project’s team on the proper use of biomedical equipment. 

Implementation: Oversee the execution of CSR projects, ensuring they meet objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Reporting & Record Keeping: Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, including project updates, achievements, and challenges.

Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses for line item wise, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Impact analysis: Prepare the impact analysis of each project to understand project initiatives' effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Team management: Organize and facilitate sessions, meetings, Training, events, workshops, and other activities that are adaptable and flexible in responding to sustain the project/business in accordance to organization’s need in a fast-paced environment.

Any other tasks /assignments that may be assigned by supervisor/HOD.

Traveling as per requirements.

Required qualification:

A Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Mechanical engineering or a related field is usually required.

Leadership ability , including the capacity to set and manage accountability of self and others

Preferably 3-6 years of experience

Proven track record of successfully developing and corporate pitching, client handholding, securing partnerships, and delivering impactful projects.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.

Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Computer proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
