Roles and Responsibilities

• Map potential communities for HLLs Health Entrepreneurship Programme.
• Conduct orientation sessions toexplain project objectives, product basket, incentives, and operational procedures.
• On-board interested women and youth aspiring tostart microenterprises under the HLLs Health Entrepreneurship Programme.
  
• Facilitate access tofunding or credit options for entrepreneurs toprocure starter kits.
• Identify and recommend new products suitable for inclusion in the health and nutrition distribution network.
• Periodically review stock levels, ensuring smooth functioning of stock points and timely replenishment.
• Monitor performance of individual entrepreneurs, track sales progress, and provide guidance on business improvement.
• Ensure timely and consistent monthly order placement by stockists, and entrepreneurs.
• Provide continuous product training, marketing support, and field-level handholding for entrepreneurs.

  Get Hired
  Coordinate logistics between stockist and entrepreneur tomaintain product flow and availability.
• Support market expansion activities, including identifying new clusters, NGOs, and community partners.
• Document field activities, maintain weekly and monthly reports, and share updates.
• Resolve field-level challenges, including supply issues, customer queries, or sales bottlenecks.
• Promote visibility of HLLs health products through demonstrations, campaigns, and local outreach events.

Qualification - MBA/MSW, Bachelor's Degree.
