Responsibilities in this role:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to grasp project requirements and user needs effectively.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
- Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and adhere to best practices in UI design.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback in the iterative design process.
- Advocate for design best practices and uphold accessibility standards in all design deliverables.
Requirements for success in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and front-end development tools is advantageous.
- A user-centric mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for achieving design excellence.,
