About The Role
We are seeking a top-tier High-End Retoucher with a proven track record in delivering exceptional, pixel-perfect retouching for print, large-format, and high-visibility commercial campaigns.
This role is not hybrid we are specifically looking for retouching specialists, not graphic designers who occasionally retouch.
You will collaborate with creative teams and art directors to bring campaigns to life for global clients such as Avon, WBA, and other premium brands. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, a refined eye for detail, and experience working to the highest production standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-end image retouching for beauty, fashion, product, and commercial campaigns.
• Work closely with creative leads and photographers to maintain visual consistency and brand integrity.
• 
  Deliver color accuracy, skin tone refinement, texture control, and composition balance across all outputs.
• Retouch assets for print, large format, and digital deliverables while ensuring precision and consistency.
• Ensure files meet technical print specifications and production standards.
• Maintain efficient workflow and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Collaborate with producers, QC teams, and senior retouchers for internal reviews and quality control.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in high-end commercial retouching (agency, studio, or production house).
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and related tools (Capture One, Light room, Bridge, etc.).
• Strong understanding of color theory, masking, and non-destructive workflows.
• Proven experience delivering large-format and print-ready assets.

Get Hired
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to match complex color and texture references.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted retouching or generative AI tools (e.g., Photoshop AI, Firefly, Mid-journey, Stable Diffusion) is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-end commercial and beauty retouching work is mandatory.
