Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Analyst responsible for ensuring high product quality across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing, strong defect management skills, and a solid understanding of SDLC/STLC processes.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing.
• Execute test cases and document results with proper evidence.
• Log, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Story Grooming, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and QA team members.

• Conduct Smoke/Sanity testing before release deployments.
• Support UAT testing and production validation when required.
• Ensure adherence to defined QA processes and compliance standards. Required
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience (Junior) / 35 years (Mid-level) in Manual Testing.
• Strong understanding of:
• SDLC & STLC
• Test case design techniques (BVA, EP, Decision Table, etc.)
• Defect life cycle
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar defect tracking tools.
• Basic knowledge of:
• API testing (Postman preferred)
• SQL queries for data validation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good to Have

  Exposure to automation tools (Cypress / Playwright).
• Experience in Web & Mobile application testing.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD workflows.
