Associate UI/UX Designer

As an Associate UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with our design team to translate user needs and business requirements into seamless user experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for design and a desire to grow their skills in the field of UI/UX.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• 
  Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent with our brand guidelines.
• Define interactions and micro-interactions to enhance the usability and delightfulness of our digital products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
