About the Role:

HolidayBest Gulf, Dubai is looking for a talented Cinematic Video Editor & VFX Artist with expertise in YouTube and Reels management to join our team on a freelance/remote basis. The ideal candidate will combine advanced video editing, motion graphics, and VFX skills with the ability to curate and manage engaging video content for YouTube and social media platforms. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, cinematic videos with dynamic elements,.

Responsibilities:

Cinematic Video Editing & VFX:

• Edit cinematic videos, incorporating advanced motion graphics, special effects, and 3D animations to create compelling visual narratives.


• Manipulate video elements (e.g., moving backgrounds, animated objects) to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.



• Work with the creative team to ensure video content aligns with brand vision and goals.


• Compositing various video and animation layers to produce seamless, high-quality visuals.


• Ensure fast turnaround of high-quality videos while maintaining creative integrity.

YouTube & Reels Management:

• Manage and execute the content strategy for YouTube and Instagram Reels, ensuring videos are optimized for each platform.


• Edit and produce short-form content specifically for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, with engaging visuals, captions, and storytelling techniques.


• Track analytics to measure performance and growth, optimizing content based on data insights.


• Plan and schedule content, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.


• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and implement creative ideas to boost engagement and reach.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in cinematic video editing, VFX, and social media video management (YouTube, Instagram Reels).

Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant video editing and VFX tools.

Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of YouTube and Instagram platforms, including video trends, best practices, and optimization techniques.

Creativity & Innovation: Ability to create visually stunning and dynamic video content, including realistic VFX and engaging short-form videos.

Attention to Detail: Precision in editing, VFX, and managing video content for maximum impact.

Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills for remote teamwork, and the ability to collaborate on content strategy.

• Knowledge of video SEO for YouTube and Reels optimization.


• Experience in 3D animation or visual effects software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).


• Expertise in social media content planning and scheduling tools.


• Familiarity with audience growth and engagement strategies on YouTube and Instagram.
