Role Overview
We are looking for an SEO Growth Lead to build and scale our organic growth engine from the ground up.
Holiday Tribe is a next-generation travel-tech platform that combines AI-powered trip planning with expert-led curation to deliver personalised international holidays. We are solving for the entire journey - from discovery to planning to booking - in a single seamless experience, built for modern travellers who expect speed, personalisation, and reliability.
We are currently at an early stage of SEO and are now aggressively driving it as a core growth lever for the next phase of the company. This role will own end-to-end SEO strategy and execution - across content, technical, and product-led SEO.
The focus is on scaling high-intent organic traffic and revenue meaningfully over the next 39 months, not just incremental improvements.
What You Will Own

• SEO Strategy & Growth
• Define and execute SEO roadmap aligned with business goals
• Identify high-impact keyword opportunities across destinations, itineraries, and travel intent
• Drive growth in organic traffic, leads, and revenue
  

• Content Engine (Critical)
• Build and scale a high-velocity content engine (100+ blogs/month without keyword stuffing)
• Define content clusters across destinations, itineraries, and travel use-cases
  
• Ensure strong alignment with search intent and commercial relevance
• Work closely with content team to maintain quality at scale
  

• Programmatic and Scalable SEO
• Drive creation of SEO landing pages at scale (local intent, destination variants, itinerary combinations)
• Partner with product to build systems for bulk page creation/optimisation
• Define and implement strong internal linking architecture
  

• On-page and Technical SEO
• Ensure pages are optimised for indexing, crawlability, and performance
• Work with engineering on: Server-side rendering, Page structure, Schema implementation
• Continuously improve page templates for better rankings and conversion
  

• Authority Building
• Drive high-quality backlink strategy (editorial, PR, partnerships)
• Build topical authority in key destinations
  

• Analytics and Impact
• Track: Organic traffic, Keyword rankings, Queries and Conversions from SEO
• Identify whats working and double down aggressively

What Were Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in scaling SEO for consumer internet / travel / marketplace / content-heavy businesses
• Proven track record of growing traffic from 0 ? 50k+/month or similar
• Deep understanding of:
• Search intent
• Content-led SEO
• Internal linking
• Programmatic SEO
• Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams
• Strong ownership mindset - builder, not just strategist

• Familiarity with evolving search trends (AI Overviews, zero-click search, etc.)
