Job Description

As a Senior Operations Executive (Long Haul) at Holiday Tribe, a seed-stage VC-funded travel-tech brand based in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operations of our long-haul travel experiences. Your responsibilities will revolve around coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and providing unwavering support to the team to guarantee exceptional customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include managing daily travel operations for long-haul destinations, organizing transportation and accommodations while ensuring adherence to travel regulations, and collaborating with airlines, hotels, and service providers to secure optimal terms. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and overseeing operational budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving strategies to enhance efficiency.
To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in travel operations management, particularly in long-haul travel. Your success will also be driven by your organizational skills, effective communication abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and proficiency in travel management software. Being detail-oriented, proactive, and displaying strong leadership qualities while harboring a genuine passion for travel will set you up for success in this position.
