Job Description
Work with HR officer/Generalist
to: manage and track the st
affing requisition process, select approp
riate
media and message for advertising, source and screen candidates from various resume databases,
review all positions to ensure position accuracy and post jobs both internally and externally, as
appropriate. Co
nduct on
- site and campus (ITI) interviews
- coordinate all internal and external interview
all positions to ensure compliance with affirmative action r
ecord keeping guidelines.
o
Manage vendor r
elationships associated with the staffing process, including background checks, drug
testing, and assessments. Review results and identify potential issues/risks associated with results and
communicate to HR office
r, as appropriate.
o
Act as Web Hire system
administrator in terms of maintaining data integrity; provide staffing reports on a
regular basis. Manage system changes and/or upgrades and communicate/train users as appropriate.
o
Coordinate and deliver all new
hire orientation for new employees.
o
Coor
dinate, track and process employee referrals.
o
Manage all requests for temporary staffing requests. Act as key contact for all external vendors. Tracks
invoices indicating cost for outside temporary help and tracks
expiration of staffing requisitions and
notifies HR generalists of Hollister temps that have more than 6 months of service.
o
Provide general administrative support for Head of Human Resources Operations and HR Officer
including department correspondence, p
reparation of presentations, meeting coor
dination, travel
arrangements, department mail distribution, and special projects.
o
Communicates all new hire and termination notifications to appropriate Hollister personnel to ensure
appropriate and timely actions
can take place.
o
To assist Head

Associates, soliciting resumes from candidates, coordinating available positions to candidates,
orientation/termination
and
ongoing commu
nication.

Manage state
