Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Business Development (BD) Specialist to support Hollylands market expansion and brand presence in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Planning, organizing, and executing Hollyland-branded offline events and industry-related activities.
Representing Hollyland at local industry events to enhance brand awareness.
Developing and maintaining market resources, including resellers, influencers, directors, filmmakers, rental houses, and end users.
Exploring local brand collaboration opportunities, including partnerships with industry professionals, film schools, and content creators.
Assisting in the execution of local marketing initiatives, including offline events and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum Experience Required: 1 -3 Years
Experience in business development, marketing, or event management, preferably in the content creation, filmmaking, or technology industry.
Strong network in the local film & media industry is a plus.
Language requirements: Fluent in Hindi and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Willingness to travel within India region, as well as occasional business trips to Hollylands headquarters in China.
