Job description

Location:Bangalore.

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years.

Working days: 6 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday & Sunday fixed weekly off)

Two wheeler Mandatory

Immediate Joiner Required ( Only Male Candidate )

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Organizing and maintaining paper files
• Submission of Invoices/ Bills at Client offices.
• Collection of Acknowledgement Receipts from Client offices.
• Collection and distribution of couriers or parcels.
• Assisting other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties.
• Good communication skills and professional personal presentation.
• Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Performing general office clerk duties
• Maintaining supply inventory.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  
• Patience, persistence, and professionalism under
  pressure.
