Role Description

The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Cuttack district. Key responsibilities include generating leads, managing sales operations, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Officer will collaborate with channel sales partners to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented approach to increase product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively address client inquiries and build strong relationships
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify prospective customers and manage sales activities effectively

  Get Hired
  Knowledge in Channel Sales and collaboration with sales partners to achieve business objectives
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in using sales tools or CRM software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in business or related field is advantageous
• Prior experience in consumer finance or field sales is preferred but not mandatory
