Accountant (Arabic And English Speaker)

Job description / Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, with at least 1 year of accounting experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and entries (AP, AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations)
• Prepare financial reports, VAT filings, and monthly statements
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting processes
• Manage invoices, receipts, and payment tracking

• Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations
• Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, etc.)

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in the UAE
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
