Are you a creative marketer with strong experience in lead generation for off-plan real estate projects in Dubai? Were looking for a bilingual (Arabic & English) Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead high-impact campaigns across Dubai and Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads for off-plan real estate projects
- Create impactful and engaging content in Arabic and English
- Propose fresh, market-relevant ideas for social media campaigns

- Collaborate with graphic and video teams to review and refine creatives
- Manage and grow company social media accounts
- Schedule and publish posts with strategic timing tailored to the UAE market
- Maintain and update the company website with new listings and project updates
- Optimize SEO performance to boost search engine visibility
- Monitor analytics and adapt strategy to improve engagement and conversions
- Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and competitor activity

- Fluent in Arabic and English – spoken and written (mandatory)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate marketing (preferably off-plan)
- Proven experience in digital lead generation (Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages)
- Strong content writing and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with SEO and website content management
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, WordPress, Canva, etc.
- Strong coordination skills with creative teams (design/video)
- Organized, proactive, and highly creative
