Creative Lead - Brand & Marketing | HomeLane

Team: Brand & Marketing
Reporting to: Head of Brand / Marketing
About the Role:
We are looking for a Creative Lead who can shape and elevate the visual and creative expression of the brand across all consumer touchpoints. This role will provide clear creative direction, strategic thinking, content & storytelling, and aesthetic leadership to ensure that every piece of communication reflects a consistent, high-quality brand language.
The Creative Lead will work closely with brand, growth, and product teams to translate business objectives into strong creative outputs-while also mentoring the creative team and raising the overall standard of design and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Strategy:
- Provide clear creative direction for brand, marketing, and campaign initiatives across digital, performance, and ATL.
- Translate marketing objectives into strong creative concepts and narratives.
- Solve creative challenges across formats-from performance marketing assets to large-scale campaigns.
Brand & Aesthetic Leadership:
- Own and maintain visual consistency and brand language across all touchpoints.
- Ensure all creative output meets a high standard of quality, craft, and aesthetic finesse.
- Develop and refine brand guidelines and ensure their consistent application.
- Act as the custodian of the brand's creative identity and brand voice.
Creative Team Management:
- Manage the workflow and prioritisation of the creative team to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide constructive feedback and creative mentorship to designers and creative contributors.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and creative output quality.
- Support the growth and development of the creative team.
Quality & Execution:
- Review and approve all creative work before release to ensure it meets brand standards.

- Maintain speed without compromising craft, especially across performance and digital channels.
What We're Looking For:
- 6-10 years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or visual communication.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Experience working on both brand campaigns and performance marketing creatives.
- Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
- Proven experience managing designers or creative teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand thinking, campaigns, and design systems.
Good to Have:
- Experience in consumer brands, design studios, advertising agencies, or D2C companies.
- Exposure to ATL campaigns, film, or large brand initiatives.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
