Job Title: SAP Order Management Consultant S/4 HANA

Location: Pune, Bangalore, or Hyderabad, India

Experience: Approximately 4+ years

Overview:

As an SAP Order Management Consultant specializing in S/4 HANA, you will be responsible for providing expertise in configuring, implementing, and optimizing the Order Management module within SAP S/4 HANA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the SAP ecosystem. Your role will involve configuring and customizing SAP systems, conducting workshops, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their order management processes, challenges, and requirements.

2. Solution Design: Design SAP S/4 HANA solutions for order management processes, considering industry best practices and business needs.

3. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP Order Management module according to business requirements, including pricing, availability, order types, delivery, and billing.

4. Integration: Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Order Management and other SAP modules (such as Sales, Logistics, Finance) and external systems.

5. Testing: Develop and execute test scripts to ensure the configured solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected.

6. Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users on new processes and functionalities. Create documentation including user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials.

7. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Order Management solutions, including troubleshooting issues, applying patches, and implementing enhancements.

8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within SAP Order Management, leveraging new features and functionalities of SAP S/4 HANA.

9. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree.
• Extensive experience (3+ years) as an SAP consultant specializing in Order Management, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Order Management module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementations and system conversions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
