Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager – Marketing & Communications to lead the university’s marketing, admissions, media, and corporate communication initiatives. The role involves building and strengthening the brand, driving admissions growth, managing local and international marketing operations, and enhancing visibility through creative communication strategies.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement annual Marketing & Brand-Building Strategies across Marketing, Admissions, Corporate Affairs, and Media Communication departments.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and promotional campaigns for both local and international markets.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to drive data-based decision-making.
  • Formulate international marketing strategies in key regions including Africa, CIS countries, China, and Pakistan.
  • Oversee digital and offline marketing channels — including social media, website, and media coverage — to enhance brand presence.

Operational Excellence

  • Supervise the execution of marketing campaigns, school visits, exhibitions, corporate tie-ups, and PR initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, IT, Corporate Affairs, Academics) for marketing and admissions support.
  • Manage partnerships with agents, corporates, schools, and government entities for business development.
  • Monitor performance against KPI metrics — Enrollment targets, campaign ROI, and brand engagement.
  • Lead and mentor marketing teams across departments, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.

Corporate & Media Relations

  • Build strong relationships with corporates, consulates, embassies, and alumni networks.

    Plan and supervise media communication activities, including creative design, publications, press releases, and digital content.
  • Oversee development of marketing materials (brochures, videos, ads, etc.) ensuring brand consistency.

Business Development

  • Identify new markets, programs, and partnership opportunities to enhance admissions and institutional outreach.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Affairs for MOUs, internships, placements, and alumni engagement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Effective implementation of marketing plans
  • Achievement of enrollment and revenue targets
  • Strengthened corporate and alumni partnerships
  • Enhanced institutional brand visibility and reputation
