The US Accounting Advisor will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and managing accounting tasks for US-based clientele. This full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon involves overseeing ledger preparation, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with U.S. accounting standards, and supporting audits. The advisor will also assist with tax preparation, financial reporting, and analyzing complex financial data to provide actionable insights to clients. Collaboration with the broader finance and client service teams will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations
• Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ledger management
• Experience in compliance management, audit preparation, and ensuring adherence to standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
