Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Accounts and Logistics Executive to enhance operational efficiency and provide data-driven insights across our supply chain. This role involves optimizing inventory, negotiating contracts, managing logistics, and delivering key financial and operational analytics. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in both supply chain management and accounting, ensuring smooth logistics operations and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain & Assess Cash Flow Expenditures of multiple companies of US and India books.
- Ensure AP/AR are processed according to company expectations.
- Ensure the maintenance of live daily reconciliations.
- Full monthly reconciliations with monthly closures.
- Ensuring all expenses and income have been entered to ascertain actual sales revenue, profit, and net profit.
- Proper Costing & Profitability Analysis.
- Documentation of all departmental procedures.
- Proper Training & Implementation of Dept procedures.
- Cash Bank of recouping lost dollars.
- Assisting in formulating the companys future cash flow and expenditures.
- Monitoring the expenditures of existing and new business operations.
- Managing capital and creating and maintaining budgets.
- Managing the accounting team and overseeing the efficiency of the team.
- Negotiation of contracts and purchases.
- Review Audits and Reconciliations.
- Report risk issues along with suggestions for avoidance and minimization of said risk.
- Monitoring cash balances and cash forecasts.
- Arranging proper financing for company operations.
- Identifying profit drains.
- Optimizing inventory flow (purchases and receipts).
- Practicing and Implementing LEAN business practices.
- Experience with process improvement through Six Sigma and business automation.
- Provide relevant data and analysis to the operations team throughout the supply chain.
- Responsible for harmonizing and monitoring supply chain operations.
- Take responsibility for the success or failure of material shipping and delivery schedules.
- Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation.
- Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rates and routing.
- Ensure that internal teams recommend the most advantageous transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
- Responsible for establishing specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.
- Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
- Work with and monitor the efforts of partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
- Responsible for utilizing logistics IT systems or software to optimize procedures.
- Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.

- Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management.
- Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in the Accounting field and Logistics field.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with global teams.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Knowledge of logistics optimization and export procedures.
- Experience working in export houses.
Work Schedule
- Minimum 4+ hours in the night shift, along with a flexible day shift.
- The candidate will be responsible for handling all U.S. business calls.
