Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams. The day-to-day tasks include market research, preparing presentations, and attending industry events and conferences. The role also involves setting sales targets and ensuring that they are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research
  • Effective Negotiation, Persuasion, and Communication skills
  • Experience with Sales Strategy, Sales Forecasting, and Goal Setting
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the security or automation industry
  • Strong hold with consultants and architects.
