Job Description

    This is an opportunity for you, as a current employee, to apply for the position of Customer Support Agent - Rep 3 dedicated to assisting our contractual customers. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch support and enhancing the customer experience with HP products and services.
    Your responsibilities will include understanding the business model for Contractual Support and adhering to agreed SLAs, completing assigned tasks and responsibilities within set timelines, working more independently and following a standard protocol to respond to customer issues, successfully resolving technical issues (related to hardware and software) from incoming customer contacts and proactive notification systems, responding to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions, and proactively assisting customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence. You will also participate in projects for process or quality improvements, with your work being periodically reviewed by your Supervisor or Team Lead.
    To excel in this role, you should have superior skills in both written and verbal communication, experience in a customer-facing role (either voice or non-voice), good knowledge of HP PCs and strong problem-solving skills, excellent fluency in the language to be supported, familiarity with computer technology, understanding of internal processes and tools such as CDAX and PartSurfer, and any additional certification or knowledge would be given preference. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be preferred.

    The working style for this position involves the team currently working in a Hybrid model with rotational shifts.,
