Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist

What role you will play in team: Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a specific business unit.

What you will do: Develop budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis for key business indicators.

Key responsibility:

• Lead the development and maintenance of annual operating plans and budgets.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to management.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
• 
  Partner with business unit leaders to understand performance and identify opportunities.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with financial planning and forecasting software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
