Job Description
HR & Admin Officer — Performance & Systems (On-site, Doha)
BLEUE LLC is a multi-brand floral & gifting company in Doha. You will run day-to-day HR operations, speed up hiring, keep attendance/payroll data clean, and roll out SOPs, KPIs and monthly assessment packs across retail, e-com and wholesale.
Responsibilities
- Own recruitment E2E (post → screen → schedule → offer → onboarding/induction).
- Maintain HR files (contracts, QID/visa, insurance), digital + physical, audit-ready.
- Attendance/leave control; escalate absenteeism/discipline with evidence; issue memos/warnings.
- Implement SOPs/KPIs/incentives; publish monthly HR reports & checklists on time.
- Coordinate PRO tasks (renewals, medicals, IDs), and cross-functionally with Accounts/Ops/CS.
- Support Odoo HR/Payroll and data hygiene; improve reporting cadence.
Must-haves

- 2–4 years HR/Admin (retail/e-com/hospitality preferred).
- Strong Excel (lookups/pivots), Google Drive; HRIS exposure (Odoo/GreytHR/Zoho).
- English fluency; Arabic is a plus.
- Visa transferable with NOC / Family visa (NOC available).
• • Comfortable with 07:00–19:00, 6 days/week and peak-season OT.
