Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring technical talent across various technical disciplines in UAE. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, strong networking skills, and the ability to effectively engage with candidates in the technology industry.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical position requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, IT professionals, and other technical positions.

• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to attract top technical talent, including online sourcing, networking events, social media, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical hiring needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, interview feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement innovative recruiting initiatives to attract diverse technical talent.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in UAE.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies, with the ability to assess technical skills and qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring technical talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
