Zero or minimal delivery burden

The Senior Product Manager at Keka leads from the front and work with other PMs and APMs to create a culture of product led growth. Some of your responsibilities will be

• Develop and implement the product vision, roadmap and strategy
• Be an advocate of the customer and percolate that thought process across the company.
• Own multiple product lines and responsible for their success.
• Mentor and lead APMs and PMs and create a roadmap for their growth.
• Evangelise the Keka product story internally and externall

What you should possess

• Minimum 6 yrs of experience in product management
• Proven track record of building and scaling at-least 2 products in a startup environment
• Passion to build something or do something unconventional. Climbed a mountain, started a venture or played music for living? We are listening.
• Excellent problem solving skills. You love solving problems head on and dont wait for someone to guide you.
• Prior experience with software development. We expect our PMs to understand technology thoroughly and expect them to have a healthy discussions with the Engineering team.
• Good with number crunching. You love data and can find hidden insights for the product improvement.
• People person who loves working with stakeholders across departments and building consensus.
