Hiring Director of Product Design (B2C Market Experience) - Dubai Onsite

We are looking for a Direct/Head/VP of Product Design who will own and lead the design vision, strategy, and execution across all Company's products. This is a high-impact leadership role where youll be responsible for building and scaling a world-class product design function that drives both exceptional user experiences and measurable business outcomes.

We need a leader who combines strategic depth with hands-on craft someone who can zoom out to shape product narratives and design systems, yet dive deep into pixels and prototypes when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the end-to-end product design strategy, ensuring alignment with The Company's product vision and business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of UX/UI designers, visual designers, and design leads
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver seamless and impactful user experiences
• Build and maintain design systems, processes, and workflows that ensure consistency, efficiency, and innovation across products
• 
  Advocate for user-centric design thinking at every level of product development
• Be hands-on when required leading by example in design critiques, conceptualization, and prototyping
• Continuously elevate the visual and interaction quality of our digital products
• Stay ahead of industry trends and infuse modern design practices into the teams work
• Partner with leadership to align design outcomes with business KPIs and product metrics

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related fields, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in scaling and leading design teams in fast-paced tech environments
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work across platforms (web, mobile, apps)
• Deep understanding of user research, design systems, and product lifecycle collaboration
• Ability to think strategically while rolling up sleeves for hands-on design contributions
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Passion for building high-quality, user-first digital experiences that drive engagement and impact

Work Mode: ONSITE - Full Time

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 10-15 years

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 9am-6pm
