Job Description
Executive – Indirect tax
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Qualification: Semi qualified / Experienced
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Conducting research for Private Equity Clients
- Screen and analyze list of target companies for potential acquisition
- Build and update financial, Discounted cash flow and leveraged buyout models for lenders and investors
- Assistance in valuation exercises
- Assist in preparing investment memo (research, analysis, and presentation development)
- Support due diligence process, including document and financial review
- Maintain a deal tracker, scan a data room and track items that have been uploaded / pending
- Research on potential funding sources
- Assist in tracking investor outreach
- Data analysis
- Research on various consulting areas
- Presentation to clients on consulting areas

Skills Required:
- Knowledge of GST Law and earlier indirect tax laws
- hands on experience on compliances and audit
- Good communication skills
