We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Analyst - Instrument Management
Principal responsibilities
- Enterprise reference data maintenance of Equities, Derivatives & FX assets across various trading platforms within the department.
- To ensure that issues / problems are effectively investigated and resolved or are appropriately referred with recommendations
- To respond quickly to urgent work demands and be flexible with work timings.
- To be aware of Data Standards / CDEs and to be compliant as per HSBC policies.
- Acquire good understanding of process and business applications
- To ensure that all work is delivered within agreed timeframes and meets the required high quality standard
Requirements
Knowledge on Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives & FX related products & Money Market Instruments
Experience with vendor systems – Refinitiv, Bloomberg data feed and LSE

Excellent attention to detail
Should be able to work flexible hours (Night Shift/Rotation Shift)
Fluent in English – spoken and written
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Work on own initiative
