Asst Manager - Finance Operations

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage the HMI system maintenance, data assurance and reporting dataset production process for MENA sites
• Maintain regional hierarchies by understanding the final impact of changes with accuracy and in timely manner
• Monitor data quality in different systems maintained by the sites, regularly coordinating with sites to clear any variances and assist sites in case of any issues
• Preparation and consolidation of financial / non-financial MI for downstream business finance teams and other MI user groups
• Initiate and control the extraction of Financial MI data from transaction source systems, make data adjustments through standard instructions or adhoc to generate and provide reports to MI users within the customer / stakeholder group
• Assistant Manager will be overall responsible for executing all assigned activities (standard and non-standard) pertaining of Finance Systems HMI MENA (HBME)
• Proactivey manage the HMI System maintainance ,data assurance and reporting dataset production process for MENA SITES
• Extensive involvement in HMI Instances for production/UAT support investigation.

Qualification:-

• B.COM /BBA/BE/BCA/ MBA /M. Com / MCA with overall 3-6 years’ work experience
• Exposure to Accounting, Financial Systems Support, Systems Development and Project Management
• High level of analytical skills and ability to grasp complicated functions in short period of time and transfer knowledge appropriately and document / test as necessary to meet SOX standards
• Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines
• Sound problem solving, planning & organizing skills
• Self-motivated and good team player
• Robust experience in planning and organizing work in a global environment

• Understanding and interpreting data calculations and validation within the HMI/TM1/Hyperion application.
• Evidencing a proactive approach - it is fundamental for this role that all stakeholders are kept informed of the progress of issues raised towards resolution
