• Lead large and complex projects that have data component (Transformation, Analytics, AI) and apply innovative ideas to drive the automation

• Streamline, automate and optimize data gathering and generation of insightful analysis through use of advanced data processing and analysis tools to meet stakeholder requirements.

• Usage of new technologies to collect, extract and process data.

• Leading and driving various project initiatives through proactive collaboration with various stakeholders both within and outside Markets and Securities Services.

• Demonstrate skill, agility and flexibility to meet ever changing business requirements with a sense of urgency and proactive anticipation.

• Raising the profile of FR Bangalore through building out team’s capability to establish a mature business partnering setup

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Experience

• Extensive experience in Database management tools such as PYTHON, STRATPY, TABLEAU, SQL, VBA, with proven experience of project delivery in data analysis intensive projects using multiple sources (E).

• Proactive managing multiple geographically diverse stakeholders (E)

• Understanding and practical experience of financial markets and products such as Bonds, Repos, Equity, Derivatives, etc (E)

• Understanding of Liquidity, funding, capital and RWA related metrics (D)

• Operational planning & financial analysis experience (> 5 yrs) (D)

Skills

• Commercial focus – focus and understanding of sector business issues and constraints/ challenges (E)

• Problem solving skills with anticipation and urgency (E)

• Ability to influence decisions and work to tight deadlines (E)

• Strong customer/stakeholder focus along with pro-active management and negotiation (E)

• Leadership – Persistent and pragmatic with focus on values.Drive projects towards conclusion and seek opportunities for optimisation.
