We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities 

• Updating the various trackers to keep them available for reporting on a real time basis to support the various senior management ask.

• Support with WMS tool to raise HAT’s as per requirement. 

• Support with Anaplan tool – make regular updates and continuous reconciliation for accurate forecasting.

• Be involved in ad hoc data analysis requirements within the team

• Overall, this will help the interns understand the FTE forecasting, tracking, and reporting process.

Requirements

• Perusing Professional accounting / finance / management qualification – desirable

• Budget and cost management experience

• Resource planning & management

• Analytical and problem-solving skills and Attention to detail

• Good Excel skills, comfortable working with large spreadsheets 

• Good communication skills (written & verbal)

• Financial oversight and financial reporting

• Ability to summarise large data set for leadership consumption

• Self-starter 

• Stakeholder management
