Data Center Operations Technician

What role you will play in team: You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our data center in Hyderabad.

What you will do: Monitor systems, perform routine maintenance, and respond to emergencies to ensure uninterrupted data center operations.

Key responsibility:

• Monitoring data center environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, power).
• Performing routine maintenance on servers, network equipment, and other infrastructure components.
• Responding to and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Ensuring compliance with data center security and safety protocols.
• 
  Maintaining detailed logs and reports.
• Collaborating with IT teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in data center operations or IT support.
• Knowledge of server hardware and networking concepts.
• Understanding of data center security and safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
