We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Equity Research Associate

Principal Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior analysts in the equity strategy team
• Generate a theme based on the current macro-economic scenarios and its investment implications.
• Perform detailed analysis and should be able to give recommendation on the countries/sectors. Should be able to articulate thoughts in a report. Writes research reports which are clear, consistent, and non-consensual and supported
  
• Maintain and update various databases
• Monitor models and summarize market conditions and opportunities
• Contributing to research publications
• Work on requests in a timely and accurate manner

• Minimum 2-3 years’ of work experience in equity strategy 
• Understanding of financial markets and various asset classes is a must
• Strong domain knowledge on equity markets and understanding of GICS/ICB sectors
• Strong technical skills are required in the following areas: a) analysing countries/sector by doing cross sectional and time series analysis, b) advanced financial modelling, c) writing research reports

  Get Hired
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, Hands on experience in MS excel, and VBA would be plus
• Ability to work independently; comfortable in dealing with huge data sets
• Good working understanding of financials databases
• Flexible approach to workload and demands of the role
