Job Description
- Be a strategic reward partner extending strategic support in ideation, design, and launch of innovative benefits and reward initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and market trends.
- Conduct regular reviews and benchmarking of existing benefit and reward policies, making recommendations for enhancements or new offerings.
- Prepare cost-benefit analyses and business cases for proposed changes, ensuring programmes are effective and sustainable.
- Act as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners and business leaders, providing expert advice on benefits and reward matters, Build and maintain strong relationships across a complex, matrixed organization, ensuring alignment and buy-in for key initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and market data providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and value for money.
- Stay abreast of legislative and regulatory developments impacting benefits and reward programmes.
- Support the creation and implementation of new benefit policies, including digital health, flexible benefits, and wellbeing anchors
To be successful you will:
- Strong understanding of reward and benefit legislation, statutory requirements, and market trends.
- Experience in benefit and reward programme design, policy review, and vendor management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- High regard for confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Strong consulting, customer service, and organisational skills with the ability to navigate through complex matrix organisations.
