Investment Banking Summer Intern - M&A Advisory

What role you will play in team: Support senior bankers in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, from initial client engagement to deal closing.

What you will do: Conduct financial analysis, industry research and due diligence for various potential M&A deals

Key responsibility:

• Financial modeling and valuation of target companies
• Industry research and competitive analysis
• Preparation of pitch books and presentations
• Support in deal execution and closing processes
• 
  Assisting in client meetings and communication
• Researching industry trends and market opportunities

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of M&A transactions
• A strong interest in the financial services industry
