Investment Banking Summer Intern - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team: You will work as a member of our mergers and acquisitions team supporting senior bankers on various transactions. You will assist with the financial modeling and due diligence procedures.

What you will do: You will learn about the M&A process and assist in financial modelling, data analysis, and the preparation of client presentations.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials for clients
• Assist in the negotiation and structuring of M&A transactions
• Perform industry research and competitive analysis
  
• Support the due diligence process
• Interact with clients and other professionals

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
