Investment Banking Summer Internship - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team: You will support the Mergers & Acquisitions team in executing M&A transactions.

What you will do: You will conduct financial analysis, prepare presentations, and assist in deal execution.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling of target companies.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
• Prepare financial models and valuation analyses.
• 
  Conduct industry and competitive research.
• Assist with deal execution activities, including due diligence and closing.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in Mergers and Acquisitions.
